Famous across Europe, Pag cheese is one of Croatia’s top exports. The cheese is made from local sheep’s milk and is famous for its sharp and salty flavour. In addition to cheese, Pag is also known for its wine-making industry. Pag zutica, the island’s local white, will tantalise your palate with its light and fruity aromas.

Perched on the northern tip of the island, Novalja lures in partygoers with its raucous bars and nightclubs. Bask in the sunshine on Zrće Beach, stroll along the palm-lined promenade and dance the night away at open-air DJ festivals.

Beach hopping is one of the best ways to spend a day on Pag. On the eastern side of the island, Ručica Beach has an off-the-grid feel and is studded with enormous boulders. Perfect for families, Caska features shallow water and colourful beachside cafes.
