The apartments are all beautifully appointed with spacious living areas leading onto your own private balcony, equipped for outdoor dinning with stunning views of palm fringed beaches and beyond to the Coral Sea. The self-contained apartments have full kitchen facilities with dishwasher, separate laundry & dryer, master bedroom with ensuite, CD music systems, TV, direct phone/internet access and full air-conditioning throughout. Disability-equipped apartments are available on request and the complex is serviced by two lifts. Laze on soft white sands and listen to the waves, enjoy a sauna or relax around the swimming pool & bbq area, all set amongst tropical landscaped gardens. Clifton Beach has a superb local restaurant and a shopping complex for your convenience. What are your breakfast options?: Our property is close to a shopping complex that has cafes with breakfast options and these are available up until 11:00am. There are also a few choices of restaurants as well. We have a delightful restaurant/bar within 5 minutes walking distance and other restaurants and bars close by (5 minutes by car).
What transport is available to get around?: There are airport shuttle buses running to meet all flights in and out of Cairns plus there is the local bus to and from the town centre which runs every half hour. All tour companies provide their own transfers as well.
What can I do nearby?: There is a children's (beachfront) playground and our beach offers the distance for long walks. There is a background of rainforest where we have a beautiful array of wildlife to view from rear bedroom balconies eg. kangaroos, birds and butterflies.
Do you have internet?: Argosy on the Beach has wireless internet available for guests with their own laptops; the cost depends on the length of time they require: hourly, daily ($19.90), weekly ($38.90), even monthly ($59.90).
Do you provide parking?: We have off street undercover parking at the rear of the complex.
What makes your hotel the best?: The complex is in a unique beachfront location with the apartments being extremely spacious, clean and comfortable for the couples who want that tranquil experience in the tropics or for the family who requires space and necessary facilities, all without the hectic commercial surrounds.
