What are your breakfast options?: Bay Villas are self-catering apartments so there is no café/restaurant attached but we are just a short walk (approx. 600 metres) from the main street with it’s many cafes restaurants and bars.
What transport is available to get around?: We do have a local shuttle bus that passes Bay Villas and goes into town this service runs approximately every 15 minutes, otherwise it is just a short walk down to the main street which is where the Sunday Markets are held(takes me about 10 minutes to walk) and also similar distance to the Marina and Four Mile Beach.
What can I do nearby?: There are plenty of activities to do in the region with most of the tours picking up and dropping off at Bay Villas. There are a dozen boats which go out to the Great Barrier Reef each day along with tours to the Daintree and Cape Tribulation, tours to Kuranda on skyrail and scenic train, hot air ballooning, horse riding, tropical zoos just to name a few.
Do you have internet?: If you have your own laptop, wireless internet is available in all rooms and costs vary dependent on the plan you opt for – 1 hour access where you can log on and off as often as you wish is $7.50, 4 hours $19.95, 8 hours $29.95.
