Got there at 415pm on a Sat afternoon, 75 mins after check in and room still wasn't ready. Had to wait another 15 mins for room then they only had a basic room for us when we paid for a split-level loft room (however they didn't say anything and basically pretended not to know, until i complained of course but you could tell they knew this all along and that there had been a stuff up). They did give us 2 drinks vouchers (big deal as they're worth no more than $5 max based on their costs). All in all, really poor. The bar is lovely however its almost always empty so no atmosphere at all, which is a shame! What not suggest this hotel. If you're a tourist (I'm not) then the location is not great at all. Visually great but other than that, it's typical 'up your area Sydney'. Thats the problem with Sydney, looks lovely buts thats it!Date of Stay: March 2008
