Grosvenor Beachfront apartments is situated between Cavill Ave & Elkhorn Ave opposite the beach. Walking distance to all shopping, dining and entertainment areas in Surfers Paradise.

All units are very spacious & fully self contained. A 2 bedroom unit has ensuite to master bedroom and 2nd bathroom with full laundry facilities. Each unit has a balcony which gets a great view of the sandy beach out front.

Surfers Paradise is now well and truly revving up with the Gold Coast Nikon Indy 300. During what is sure to be 4 days and 4 nights of thrilling action, the Gold Coast will play host to in excess of 170,000 visitors.

In the lead up to this fantastic event, we would like to take this opportunity to remind you of the regulations in place at the property to ensure the safety of our guests: Maximum share in the apartments is 5 adults. Maximum occupancy including visitors to the apartment during the day is 8 adults. We request that all guests and visitors refrain from leaning on the balustrades/railings. This is of upmost importance to your safety

Schoolies 2009: Unfortunately we do not have the policies, procedures or resources to accommodate the unique needs of school leavers during the annual Schoolies Festival. For this reason we reserve the right to reject bookings from school and/or university leavers for the period 15 November 2009 to 7 December 2009. If you still choose to book your accommodation through us and it turns out that you are school and/or university leavers, your booking will be canceled, NO refund will be given.

Please be aware that all guests will require a pre-authorisation amount of $250,via cash or credit card, to be held for the duration of the stay. Rates are based on double occupancy.
