What are your breakfast options?: With every night (Sunday to Friday) a continental breakfast basket is included in tariff. Guests have this in their cabins. With Saturday night accommodation a hot 2 course breakfast (a la carte) is included in the tariff. This is in the restaurant from 7:30am to 10:30am.
What transport is available to get around?: As we are located in a country town, the only form of transport we have to get to and from different locations is the local taxi service. There is a local bus company in town but they deal mainly with transport to and from other districts and cities. We do not have a bus company that runs regularly between major locations in the district. However please keep in mind we do have local touring companies that run winery tours (this generally covers the transport to and from the attractions in the district).
What can I do nearby?: The onsite Homestead Restaurant is open for dinner 7 nights from 5:30pm with live entertainment every Saturday night. There are 56 wineries close at hand and various fresh food outlets including Mt. Stirling Olives, The Bramble Patch.
Do you have internet?: No internet in rooms, only in main homestead with no charge.
Do you provide parking?: Happy Valley Retreat has plenty of on site parking available.
