Location. Situated in the northernmost region of the Australian state of Queensland, the Kuranda Resort and Spa is located within the Atherton Tableland s Kuranda Rainforest. This resort is 6.2 kilometers north of Barron Gorge National Park and 7.2 kilometers west of Macalister Range. Hotel Features. Tucked away in lush rainforest surroundings, the Kuranda Resort and Spa features an on-site full-service spa with a varied menu of services including therapeutic consultations, facial treatments and body massages. This secluded resort has three lagoon-style outdoor swimming pools with a connected cave and waterfall, a 35-seat private theater and meeting rooms. What are your breakfast options?: Breakfast is from 8:00 am to 10:00 am, seven days a week at $12.50 per person, Continental only.
What transport is available to get around?: Transportation is very limited in Kuranda, so therefore a hire car would be recommended for a longer period. If you are only staying for a short period, we do have transfers from the resort to Kuranda Village, although this will depend on dates and times as our bus transfer may be down in Cairns. Other transportation would be our local taxi service.
Do you have internet?: We have wireless internet which can be purchased at reception, although wireless can only be used in the restaurant.
Do you provide parking?: Parking is located at the front of our resort (free of charge).
