Set on the edge of Eudlo Creek with direct boating access to the Maroochy River enjoy 300m of private sandy river front and private boat ramp. A fantastic location for all water lovers. Great for skiing, rowing, canoeing, kayaking etc. The Waterfront Bungalows are all within 20 metres of the water's edge offering you the opportunity for you to moor your boat in the water in front of your cabin. There is also plenty of room out of the water for kayaks, skulls, canoes etc. The Gardenview Units are nestled amongst the garden whilst still providing easy access to the water and surrounding nature conservation park. Each unit has kitchen, dining and living area and a main bedroom area. Additional bedding is available. Beds may comprise any combination of bunks or singletrundles. All bungalows are best suited to to 2 adults and 2 children, although some may accommodate up to 4 children. Amenities provided in all bungalows include: sink, stove, microwave, fridge, food preparation equipment and utensils, toaster, kettle, cutlery and crockery, ceiling fans, clock radio, colour TV and DVD player. All prices listed assume guests BYO linen (ie, sheets, towels and pillowcases) and toiletries. It is 5km to the Maroochydore surf beach, 3km to the township of Bli Bli and just 400m to the nearby Waterfront Hotel with its great meals and entertainment. It is 500m to the nearest bus stop and the local RSL Courtesy Bus will collect you from here. Sailboat, jetski, boat and kayak hire operators are all located along the river within 2 km. Kayaks and waterbikes are available at the resort. Tour brochures and a wealth of local knowledge are available from the office. Most of the operators will pick you up and return you to the resort at the end of the day. If you want to explore on your own we are located in the centre of the Sunshine Coast and most tourist attractions are located within an easy 30 minute drive in any direction. Maroochy River Resort and Bungalows are suitable for families and family groups. Come and stay a while. You will be glad you did.

What are your breakfast options?: We can provide breakfast packs for $10 per person per day (including cereal, milk, bread, butter, jam and juice), and big breakfast packs for $20 per person per day (which include the first pack plus bacon, eggs, tomato and salt). All rooms are self contained with cooking facilities and there are numerous bbqs around the grounds.
Where can we dine?: We do not have a breakfast café or restaurant on site. The onsite hotel (under separate management) does lunch and dinner.
What transport is available to get around?: Transport to beaches, shopping, airport etc. is by local bus. A bus stop is located at the entry to the complex. Services run 2 times per hour.

Other markets are accessed by local bus, or local tour operators.
What can I do nearby?: Entertainment would include Onsite hotel with restaurant and gaming facilities. All other dining and entertainment options are located within an easy 20 minute drive.

Attractions include Steve Irwins Australia Zoo, Mooloolaba Underwater World, Sunshine Castle, Noosa and Maroochydore beaches.

We are centrally located on the sunshine Coast, half way to all of the region's local attractions.
