Just spent a night in one of the "deluxe" shoebox size rooms with a glimps of the opera house from the opera house view room. We feel we where over charged for everything especially after we found that the valet parking guys decided to STEAL the change from our car. I guess $40 just isn't enough for valet parking. The bed was caved in. It was without doubt the WORST NIGHTS STAY of every hotel we have EVER stayed in. Save your money!!Date of Stay: February 2009

We stayed in June 2008. The suite was wonderful with a beautiful view of the harbor and the opera house. The staff was most helpful, the hotel manager even walked us to the transportation kiosk so that we could buy bus, ferry tickets for the areas. Thanks again GGDate of Stay: June 2008
