What transport is available to get around?: An airport transfer service is available at a cost of $20.00 per adult one way and $15.00 per child one way aged 2 -12 years. Infants under 2 years of age travel free of charge. There is also a public bus service which is available from the end of driveway which leaves regularly and heads into the centre of Cairns.
