This Darwin hotel is situated near the center of the city. There are numerous business and shopping addresses within a convenient distance of the One30 Esplanade. Some of the nearby attractions include the crocodile farm and several different parks. Other sites in the area include Fannie Bay Gaol and the World War 2 storage tunnels. Darwin has its own airport, which is not far from the One30 Esplanade. It is located approximately 7 miles to the northeast of the city center.
