Apartments are serviced daily with the exception of weekends and public holidays. Minimum night stay may apply for weekends and peak periods.
Check in procedures
For arrivals during normal business hours keys may be collected from the reception desk at 528 Swanston Street Carlton corner of Swanston St and Queensberry St. Keys are not available after 12 Midnight. Please contact us on 1300 669 629 to notify if arriving outside business hours.
Please note Access to Plum Collins Street Serviced apartments via No. 1 LIFT in foyer furthest lift from main entry for apartments located on 13 15th floors. Please alight on level 14 and walk up to level 15 or down to level 13. There is no lift access to 13th and 15th floors. Use first two lifts for apartments located on other floors. For the comfort and safety of all Collins Mark is a non-smoking building. Penalty fees apply to those not observing this policy. No car parking provided there is secure undercover casual public parking available nearby. Fees apply. Please note Dial up internet access only. No responsibility can be taken for connection difficulties caused by the guests computer capabilities or settings.

What are your breakfast options?: We have no breakfast facilities in our apartments but there are cafes located nearby within walking distance which would cost the standard price.
What transport is available to get around?: The easiest means of getting from the airport is the Skybus shuttle and they have a hotel pick up and drop off service that will drop you off at our door. This is under $20 per person one way. The intersection nearest our Southbank property is City Road and Clarendon Street, the 112 tram goes through this intersection along Clarendon Street and will have you in the city in about five minutes.
Do you have internet?: We have cable internet available at our Southbank property at $10 per day or $50 for a week.
Do you provide parking?: We have parking on-site for $12 per night.
