The rooms are really big, clean and grand. The decor lives up to the 5 star rating. The staff are polite curteous and helpful. The buffet spread is very wide and taste good. The location is excellent, 5 mins to Nanjing Road and 15 mins walk to the Bund. We stayed for 3 days and enjoyed our stay. Will definitely recommend this hotel. Good Value.

We stayed two nights. The location is great. The only issue is tea cups are not cleaned thoroughly and we can see the yellow residue. We told them and they replaced with new tea cups immediately. We will still come back here for future visit.

Wonderful and spacious room! Great location! Just a couple minutes of walk to the subway and to the walking street. Very convenient! I love this hotel and the room. I will book this hotel again.
