LikedExcellent location, right by the Sky tower in the centre of the city. Lots of good restaurants to choose from nearby. Room was very spacious and clean, bed was comfy. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool and hot tub were nice, gym looked decent too.

DislikedWe didn’t have breakfast there because it was expensive.

LikedGreat location in the heart of Auckland. Offer a heated pool, perfect for a winter getaway. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. A comfortable bed provide an ideal rest after a busy day.

DislikedThe cleanliness could be improved; we found the bathroom somewhat neglected, and the floors weren't well-maintained, which was a disappointment. One elevator was out of order, causing delays during check-out. It took us about 20 minutes to go to the ground floor. Also, while the minibar had beers, the can opener was broken.
