Poor service i have booked royal suite the top most room of the hotel , i have spent 8k , actual worth is RS 0 . The Ac was not working properly, moreover the jacuzzi was also not working properly the inner electricals parts where damaged ad dipped into water . If you use jacuzzi its dangerous uh can loose your life . Plus the menu rates are way too expensive not worth it .

Not worth the money we have paid 5000 per night for jaccuzi room..bathrobe were not provided towels were not clean , bubble shampoo was not provided

The jacuzzi was impeccably clean and well-maintained, providing a relaxing and rejuvenating experience after a long day of sightseeing. The serene ambiance added to the overall enjoyment of the jacuzzi session. It was truly a delightful way to unwind. Overall, my experience with both the jacuzzi and Japanese cuisine was exceptional. I would highly recommend your hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious retreat with authentic Japanese amenities and cuisine
