The hotel offers undercover parking, BBQ facilities, swimming pool, and sun decks. The hotel has 6 floors and is made up of the Swim-Out Apartments on ground level, which offer direct access to the swimming pool with views into the adjoining parklands. Then levels 2 to 6 have clear views above the tree line of the Cairns waterfront.

The guest room features fully air-conditioned lounge, living room and bedroom, fully equipped gourmet kitchens with granite bench tops, stainless steel fittings, oven, electric cook top, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, laundry facilities including washing machine, dryer, and iron/ironing board. The bedroom has a choice of a king bed or two singles, TV and ensuite with spa bath. The living area is large and expansive with a flat screen plasma TV, DVD player, CD player. The dining area has superior quality furniture, very large balcony with a pool view, ocean view and outdoor furniture. The Lounge room has modern luxury furnishings.
