I have nothing but words of thanks! Beyond the premium quality, the comfort and the exceptional facilities to which Hyatt has accustomed us, we have been conquered by the human quality of its workers. Fany morning, with your sweet hospitality. In the afternoon: Clarisa, Heidi, Virgine and Liliana, always attentive and smiling. At lunchtime, the rhythm and the chevere style of Fior, Ingrid, Denise and the unmatched! Marisela, who knew how to meet us and welcome us with the warmth of great friends. Thanks Hyatt, for the incredible beach service, the modernity and spaciousness of the rooms, the quality of the bars and restaurants, the fun slide and the spacious pool. But fundamentally thanks to the people of the Hyatt, without whom our stay would have been just beautiful, rather magnificent! Greetings and until next time!

We arrived a little early and were greeted by Xiomara at the front desk. She was great and allowed us access to the gym to change while we waited for our room. Our luggage was left at the front desk with Romeo and Demy and they escorted us to our room when we were ready later. We made it to the bar and ordered our 1st drinks and some lunch. We ordered a chicken sandwich and some fish tacos. The lunch was 'OK', a little on the bland side for flavor. The fish tacos came with Doritos which we thought was a weird combination. We made our way to the beach we came to love and it was just as lovely. Our daily trip to the beach during our stay was made perfect by the efforts of Tessie, Cesar, Raul & Hector. Walking along the beach in both directions allows you to experience a variety of hotels, shops and restaurants and added to our daily step count. The Hyatt is in the High-Rise Hotel area and perfectly located within walking distance to food and restaurants, shopping and night life activities. Coral at the concierge desk took the time to set up dinner reservations for us for the week and gave us some great information and tips. Our room was attended to by Marita and she was great in giving us a pristine perfect room on a daily basis. We rented a car one day and Sandra at the Hertz Desk took care of our every need for our day adventure around the island. In our past visits to the Hyatt, I would have to get up at 6AM to go down to the beach to get a palapa and then go back to bed. This time I see they have online services to reserve and pay for your palapa or at 4pm a variety of palapas are given away (you can stand online at the towel hut or go online on at 4pm and reserve a palapa for the next day. I set my alarm just before 4pm and logged on to my phone and effortlessly got a palapa. As all good things must come to an end, we ended our week in paradise and returned home but The Hyatt Regency Aruba Resort and Casino is my go to place when we return to Aruba next.

We stayed at the Hyatt Regency Aruba for a conference. Overall the hotel is decent. The rooms are relatively up to date and feature a stand up shower instead of old fashion tubs which is a plus. The food and drinks were tasty but way overpriced. Keep in mind gratuity and service charge are included with all food and drinks. Two drinks is easily $28. The Beach and pools are very nice however seating is relatively limited as most are reserved. The reservation process for the beach huts was never discussed with us so we don't know the process to reserve one. The casino is small but has a few options. The craps table doesn't open until 8:30 pm which is definitely a drawback. A big plus is the hotel is very convenient to the Palm beach strip which has many options for food, drink and shopping. Overall our stay was decent but we will try another hotel when we return to Aruba.
