Great location, mediocre service, old facility.
Location is great. Convenient public transportation to everywhere in the city. The front desk experience was not too pleasant. The employee wouldn't even look at me as she was receiving me upon my arrival and made me feel like she did not want me there. I had to ask about four times over a week to fix my fridge before they finally did. The hotel is old and the overall condition fell below what I would expect for a four star hotel. Wouldn't go back to this hotel.

Amazing pool but a little bit worn facilities
I stayed in the Millennium Hilton on a cold January day in 2019. The reason why I chose this hotel was largely because the pool. It turned out the pool is truly amazing with clean and warm water, diverse toys and trust safe guard around. The location is fantastic too, World Trade Center would be right beneath the view. But sadly, ain't a lot of good restaurants around, especially during January, I found it hard to feed my stomach. The whole room is relatively clean but some of the facilities were little bit worn, but still in good condition. Hilton is good but still need to improve like the service. Receptions were not friendly enough, which made feel guest is not guest but task for them and waiters in breakfast area are even hard to talk to, like they could not understand what u r saying. Overall, it is a good hotel.
