Grand Hyatt has always been consistent in terms of their quality world wide. Loved the location and the rooms. Slightly pricey but well worth the price

LikedGreat location - close to Margaret Court Arena where we attended a concert, walking distance. Great view from room. Very comfy bed and pillows. I usually take my own shampoo and conditioner but this time used what was provided. The Balmain products were so good, I'm buying this shampoo and conditioner myself. There could have been handwash provided in bathroom - only the wash in the shower.
DislikedPricey. But, given a luxury hotel, i Guess this was to be expected. A special night away.

LikedStaff - Ruben (waiter during breakfast) was friendly. Craig (at the main desk) was very helpful. The Porter and room service given added that little touch. I enjoyed using the gym facility!! Our Room 2119 had to corner views of the city. I liked the round table and sofa lounge where we could sit, relax and enjoy the magnificent view.
DislikedI couldn't finish something I started to eat for breakfast (a piece of cake) and asked for a container to take it to my room. However, I wasn't allowed to do that. In my opinion, what a waste! As a recommendation it would be good if guests were allowed.
