DislikedRoom wasn't ready, so had to wait an hour at Bellini for them to get ready. We did get one complimentary drink each.

LikedComplimentary breakfast was so good, the bed was comfortable, the shower was ok.
DislikedThe bathroom didn't have a lock on it, which I found weird. The bond realizing at the counter I had to pay an extra 400 dollars was an unfortunate event. I booked a king leisure deluxe and it didn't match the photos. The one I had booked had a bathtub in the photos and I was not put into it

Had a little issue at check-in, but it was more of the way it was handled than the issue itself and we couldn’t get a room on the side of the building we wanted unless we paid more. This Hilton feels very basic (e.g., no little store to buy things) . The best thing is its location and it was clean.
