It was not as luxurious as Hilton’s name. But we could enjoy staying with the lounge plan. I could relax with various drinks and light meals at the lounge. We’re also glad to be welcomed by sparkling wine and chocolates on the honeymoon. Though the bathroom sometimes smells like sewage. When I paid the bill by a card I was charged with extra 2% as a merchant fee. Those were unwelcome.

Likedit was the perfect location, right in the heart of the gold coast , the hotel pool area was beautiful, and relaxing , we loved our stay
Dislikedthat there wasn't a smoking area in the motel, we had to keep going outside the hotel , when your 10 floors up ,its a bit of a mission

LikedLocation was good and the option to have two rooms as a family of 5.
DislikedElevators couldn’t handle volume. We waited at times up to 15 minutes for a lift down. The apartment windows had issues and there was a whistling sound that came through most of the time with the wind. Maintenance couldn’t fix. Very disrupted sleep.

LikedGreat location, clean and comfortable. The shower had excellent water pressure which hardly ever happens in a hotel and the products were Crabtree & Evelyn! Fabulous!
