A clean, beautiful property. A bit isolated on the west lake. Some nearby restaurants and cafes.

Overall is good but a bit old. If you want to have a quiet place to live and relax you can choose this place. Not much shops and restaurants to choose nearby but you can get a grab car and go to Old Quarter around 10 mins drive.

LikedVery comfortable and clean hotel, very well located at the Westlake district of Hanoi. The staff is friendly and the restaurants offer a variety of delicious food. This hotel is an excellent choice for those in Hanoi either on business or vacation.

LikedBreakfast here is huge, so many choices. You also have 3 restaurants and a pool bar as well. The prices were amazing for all this as well. The pool area is amazing and the sunset bar is great for a drink. The rooms were a great size with huge bathrooms and a balcony. The staff were great.

DislikedIt's a bit outside of Hanoi so if you want to stay central maybe not the best option.
