LikedThe facilities are excellent for little families. The pool is perfect with little pockets for all different levels of swimming confidence. The location was excellent being so close to hasting street and the beach. Staff were very helpful when needing a few things and were thankful for that.

DislikedI’ve stayed here a couple of times in the same month. The first time we stayed, our room was more modern and comfortable. The second time we stayed our room wasn’t as updated and was very tiny. The gardens out the back of our back door were very messy and we couldn’t get the pram through it. The TV was also basically in the floor which wasn’t great when having a crawling baby. It would be ideal to have it wall mounted.

DislikedThe lift wasn’t working. At one point we also got Stuck in the lift, it fell and it turned out the maintenance guy was on top of the lift chatting on the phone while we were stuck k I there.
