LikedI love the city view from our room. It is very close to the beach and shops. There is a lot of street parking around the building. The hotel room was clean and the receptionists were helpful.
DislikedThe lobby looks new and maintained but other floors of the building look old and shabby. The hotel hallway needs repainting especially room doors with lots of scratches. The beds need to be replaced too because springs could really be noisy once you sit on it.

LikedThe Hotel is located at a great location. It has a beautiful view from balcony. Shops were nearby.

Unfortunately when on arrival we found there was no pool even though we were told there was. We were there for 7 days and did not have our sheets changed in that whole time. We were told that if we wanted our towels cleaned we needed to throw the dirty ones on the floor. I would of thought that being there for 7 days our sheets and towels would automatically be changed every day. Was never able to get anyone on the phone had to go down to see them at reception. Even though we had a good time up there we will not be going back to this Mantra we will choosing another Hotel somewhere close by.
