LikedLocation and facilities were great and the staff we dealt with face to face were excellent

DislikedThe room cleaning was very ordinary. Most of the time we didn't get all the towels / bath mats replaced, the tea and coffee wasn't replenished and cups and glasses not washed at all

LikedLocation n pool was great it’s one of the only pools that has a steps n rail to get in and out Room was great on 16 th floor great view of catseye beach and had a 3 seater lounge Free Shuttle was great to get you round the island

DislikedThe dinner buffet was $69 and the food was OK but nothing outstanding and one of the beef was not cooked well enough

DislikedThey grabbed my total $6066 a day after I booked SIX MONTHS AGO!!! My bank confirmed it went direct to HAMILTON ISLAND TOURISM, not B.com. I’m now considering LEAVING B.COM for Expedia or TripAdvisor so this rip-off doesn’t happen again!

LikedClean rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location and ability to use facilities and do activities such as paddle boarding free of charge.

DislikedVariety and quality of food was not quite matching what I expected, however, would be challenging being on an island and serving lots of guests.
