The location is perfect, near to everything and specially the train station which makes it very convenient for travelling to the different areas in Tokyo.

LikedExternal lifts give a great view over Shibuya. The easy access to the airport limousine is a huge advantage especially being the first stop. The staff are very helpful even if the information that they give varies a bit.

Dislikedroom next door, they used hallway to pack thing into 15 giant size suitcases. they were shipping some merchandise back to their country.
