Room was really dark - staff are not friendly at all - pool is very small - buffet breakfast is really average. I would not stay there again

LikedGood location and good sized rooms
DislikedTV and wifi didn’t work for whole time we were there. Hotel restaurant food was horrible.

LikedThe property was in a great location near to great restaurants and theatre area.
DislikedThe decor was a bit tired. As there are two sections to the hotel with two co-joining covered bridges it was a bit of an effort to use the pool at the top of the other tower block.
