LikedGood location & buffet breakfast, staff were friendly. Comfortable bedding.
DislikedBathrooms were not as clean as the photos, shower vents have not been cleaned in some time, filled with dirt/fluff. Expected more cleanliness for the price per night.

DislikedWE WERE NOT GIVEN OUR BED PREFERENCE. I HAD TO ASK FOR IT TO BE CHANGED AT 2.30PM. IT WAS FINALLY CHANGED AT 6.30PM. I NEED THIS CHANGE DUE TO MEDICAL REASONS. I FELT LIKE I WAS A BOTHER. PARKING IS HORRENDOUS OUTSIDE. YOU HAVE TO PARK OUTSIDE AND COME INTO THE HOTEL TO BOOK INSIDE PARKING. WE HAD TO PARK ABOUT 600 METRES FROM HOTEL AND WALK TO HOTEL TO BOOK IN AND GET APPROVAL FOR INSIDE PARKING. CRAZY!!!!!!!!

LikedLocation & accessibility are key strengths. The bar is quite good. The staff helped with free water refills every time.
DislikedBreakfast spread was very limited. Not worth the cost we had to pay.
