I have stayed here many times and it will always be my preferred lodging whenever I visit Perth. However, this time, I have asked questions etc prior to my visit and received only one vague response. It would have made my stay a lot better if I could have my queries responded to promptly. I have two other feedback. I think the shower facilities can be improved. Having just a rain-shower head is not enough. A hand-held shower head would have been a better experience and also, more elderly friendly. I also find the place kind of run down, from the look of the furniture. The balcony lacks cleaning & the outdoor furniture truly needs to be replaced.

DislikedView from balcony. Pool area was a joke. Beds and pillows were old and uncomfortable, rooms very worn and in disrepair. Nothing like other Adina properties I have stayed at.
