I was booked in for the 3/4/24 and turned up at 9.30 am and they very kindly check in then as I wasn't feeling too well but the bed was so comfortable I slept nearly all day and the location is great for Thai eateries and Central Station

DislikedWe did not like the noise of the jackhammer each morning from the construction site behind the building

LikedBeds were comfortable. Room was clean but not serviced daily. The staff were great, and very helpful. The location was close to Chinatown and the Museum Station which was nice. Good restaurants nearby as well.
DislikedWe asked for a twin room and it wasn't set up when we arrived. The room was smaller than others. Not enough towels in the room so we had to ask for more
