Enjoyed my stay at Peppers. The staff where extremely helpful. Loved using the sauna and pool.

LikedLocations was great Breakfast was ok for buffet. Staff at the front desk were very helpful and accommodating.
DislikedService of the room could have been better. Soap and towels where not replenished everyday. You have an Italian restaurant but does not have pizza on their menu. Room service menu could improve. Not much option and pretty poor to charge miscellaneous charges for delivery from restaurant to the room for room service order.

LikedLocation was great. Valet service was excellent. Breakfast service was wonderful. Pool and spa were clean and enjoyable. Room and beds were comfortable. Wifi worked pretty well.
DislikedBooking process was a debacle and none of my requests - 3 persons, twin beds, rollaway, 3rd breakfast - none of these requests made it through to Peppers and consequently I had to pay a lot more. Not overly happy. The room was lovely and comfortable, however we experienced issues with our air conditioner and toilet constantly running water, however I'm sure these were easily rectified.
