We stayed here because it was close to southern cross station. Was easy to get to and from. It was also a good location to access the city.

Sean Warren is one of the best duty managers we have ever encountered. He went the extra mile to help us by giving us a room slightly earlier than the official check-in time because we arrived early, and even dropped us an email to inform us that we may check into our room early. We stayed for 13 nights and would meet Sean at the lobby whenever he was on duty, and he would always greet us with a smile. Staff like Sean make guests feel welcome and is definitely an asset to any hotelier. Keep up the good work Sean!
