DislikedAverage facilities

LikedLocation - close proximity to international airport. Room size - 2 rooms for family of four.

DislikedThe parking to be able to check in. Early morning check out - key needed to open garage door but no where obvious to leave key - followed what had been done by others and dropped key on the ground - not ideal.

LikedClose to airport and accessible by local bus or train. Room was clean and tidy, bed was comfortable. Close to Woolworths, BWS and restaurants.

Disliked2nd stay in 6 months and the access lift from the road is still out of order.

LikedI needed a nice and comfortable room for a flight the next morning and I was getting to the hotel after 10pm so glad to have the greeting at reception by Sipirya (likely not spelled right). She was welcoming and informative. I got details from her for the shuttle bus to the airport in the morning. The location was perfect for my needs; staying overnight near the airport for the next day's flight and in a clean, comfortable and quiet room. I appreciated the good bedside lighting. The hotel was very helpful in supplying me with information on the shuttle service to the airport; they gave me every detail I needed to ensure I'd get the ride so I was very confident with their assistance.

Dislikedthere weren't any instructions available for setting the alarm clock; otherwise I was very happy with everything.

LikedLocation is good & very close to the station & supermarket with around 5 mins walk.

DislikedWe stayed at 2 rooms apartment for 4 days. There is a washing machine in the room but not provide washing powder unless you buy from the front desk. But there is complimentary dishwasher powder for the dishwasher in the room.
