LikedPosition, size of the rooms in our suit
DislikedVery dirty oven, we tried to reheat our pastry for breakfast, oven was awfully dirty and it started to smoke. No tea towel supplied. The carpet in the lift awfully dirty, cleaners do not have a trolley to put dirty bedding in, so it is on the floor in the corridors. We felt that we are in 3 star Asian hotel

DislikedI don’t know if this is because I booked the cheapest room, it was only one night, but the room was very musty. It smelled like sweat, the carpet was gross.

DislikedVentilation wasn't great in the room, it smelled a little damp. Also, for a room that was next to George st the windows didn't provide as much insulation as you would expect and the noise from the street came through quite clearly. This was a surprise given I was on floor 6.
