Our stay was only ok. Check in wasn't until 4pm which should have been 3pm if you want to justify charging a resort fee. We arrived at 4pm with two tired children that had just been in the car for six hours, only to find out that our room wasn't ready. We waited 45 minutes to get our room card, so the experience was less than stellar.
