Outside of the beautiful room the resort was clean with a nice setup. There was an adult pool that the gym overlooked and around the corner 4 levels of pools which 2 of the levels had a restaurant/ bar. The bottom pool had 2 restaurants one being Morimoto who Morimoto, he pulled out my chair as I sat down. The top pool with restaurant/bar had live music daily right before sunset with a fire pit in the area. The lobby area is spectacular. highly recommend spending the majority of your time down at the Andaz beach area. The hotel offers daily activities included in your resort fee. Daily I went paddle boarding, canoeing and took up a yoga class offered right before sunset. I ate at every restaurant at the Andaz and I did not eat one thing I did not like. I picked the healthier/lighter choices on the menu and the executive chef did great at all restaurants. I highly recommend getting the Hawaii local green Kombucha in the 24 hour store at the hotel for a quick, healthy beverage really low in sugar for Kombucha. The staff is all very friendly and overall tends to all your needs throughout the resort. 5+ stars for staff. One thing I did not fit in is services offered at the Spa. Being in Hawai reset myself naturally. Enjoyed my stay and plan to be back at Andaz if in Wailea.

Andaz Maui at Wailea Resort has been one of the best resorts we have stayed at so far. It is expensive but you get what you pay for. The entire staff was amazing. From our arrival, we were greeted with lays and a hostess who explained what the resort had to offer. The resort is partnered with a team on the beach that has excursion packages and beach activities. We highly recommend checking them out, as this was a highlight of our trip. When we got to our room, we had a divine view of the ocean. The man that brought our bags up provided us with complimentary water bottles, beach bags and snacks. The fridge was stocked with everything that you would need, however complimentary snacks were left in the room daily. The bathroom was large and well designed. Another amazing note about this resort is the breakfast buffet. By far, the most extensive and exquisite buffet we've seen. The food was impeccable and view while having breakfast was just as nice. The buffet is expensive but this was included in our package. You definitely have the chance to eat $50 worth of food, if you try. There are multiple infinity pools to relax at. The hotel will provide everything you need like towels, chairs and even sun glasses if needed. They have drink stations through out to fill your water bottle with, which is nice as you don't realize how dehydrated you get in the Hawaiian sun. We had a couples massage that was very good. Again, it was pricey, but they set up the entire experience for every one of your senses to be engaged. If possible, I would definitely stay here again.
