They tried to make up stay in an apartment about 1 kilometer away instead of hotel.We had to make our way ourselves to this apartment. It was a dark wet evening.We were told dial 0 for reception to hotel and we could request to be collected and brought to hotel.I dialed 0 twice and was left waiting for an answer for over five minutes on each occasion and no reply.
