The location was very good. Parking is plentiful and convenient. The beds are comfortable. However, we had issues with the room. The first day our room wasn't cleaned until 4 PM. One day, we had no wash cloths or even an extra roll of TP. Twice we tried to call Guest services and the phone just rang and rang. There was no machine to leave a message. The refrigerator in the room went out and we had food ruined. On check out day, we did talk with the manager and she was very nice and seemed genuinely concerned with our complaints. She said the hotel was understaffed on the sold out weekend.
