Location is extremely close to Batam ferry center so you can just walk over to the hotel. Good breakfast spread but it was too crowded with so many people it was hard to get a table let alone get food. Room was standard size but very old. Exactly the same as when I visited and stayed 5 years ago, some maintenance would make the room better. And bed was very squeaky especially when getting on and off at night to go to the toilet.
