Very good and friendly staff. Only the token changer of self laundry is not working. But the staff help by giving manual changes. Amenities are good (They are providing Crab Tree Evelyn). Do not expect toothbrush and toothpaste kit. Other facilities are equally good. If you arrived this hotel by monorail, please be careful as the walkways can be extra slippery during raining days.
