I asked and received a 'handicap room.' There was a walk in shower but the room was way too small for 2 people. We had to rearrange the room just to fit my wheelchair in and it couldn't be used in the room. There was no room to hang up clothes. The air conditioner banged each and every time it went in and off. I was very familiar with the Holiday Inn in Plainview so it was my first choice. Needless to say, VERY DISAPPOINTED.
