The Regent is conveniently located near the main and subway stations and just a short stroll to the Marianplartz area. The rooms were good, the breakfast was excellent and there was complimentry gluwein in the lobby in the afternoons. We have stayed in 2 other hotels in this area several times before but this was the best and is where we will stay in the future. Munich is still a great city to vis...

Overall experience was satisfactory although I'm not sure how this is a four star hotel. Location was perfect for me, less than five minutes walk to Munich main train station. Reception staff were pleasant, helpful and spoke good English (important for an Aussie!)
