The location was the best part - the hotel is right above Tochomae subway station (entrance to the subway directly in front of the hotel), which gave us access to two important branches of the subway. Shinjuku station and surrounding areas is a 10 minute walk away - from there you can access the other important lines (including above ground Yamanote). 7-eleven downstairs made for an easy breakfast on the run. The area is also not too hectic (there's a park right out back), but is close to all the action. Good service as well, the concierge helped us book two meals at 3-Michelin star restaurants, which we organised via email before even arriving in Japan. We also had our pocket WiFi delivered to the hotel. Hand written instructions for the restaurants and our pocket WiFi package were promptly presented to us upon check-in without us even asking for it.
