Great Ambiance

The first impression when it comes is the friendliness of the staff, from the front door to the reservation desk. The ambience of the hotel that made me feel at home for a long time there. The food is amazingly varied, especially the sweets and cakes. Unfortunately the variety of soup is lacking if it says nothing. The second day, it was enough to worry about hotel food because the second hotel was on our trip. Fortunately there are many variations of cakes and sweets. Next time to Jogja we come here again.

Best Hotel

The location was perfect, not too far from downtown but not exactly in the middle of the crowd. The exterior and interior designing was fantastic, we got to feel the nature surrounding us and local culture too. The staffs were beyond nice and helpful. There is a wheelchair available for my Dad and the staffs kindly offered to help commuting/steering the wheelchair around the gardens and the pools. The available infused water at the lobby's bar was just perfect and refreshing for after our morning/afternoon run. I would definitely stay here again each time I come to Yogyakarta.

Excellent Hotel

Perfect hotel for a stay in Yogyakarta. Location a bit far from the city Centre but is very good for a relaxing stay. The garden is gorgeous, the pools are beautiful, the room is clean and adequate. I found the staff here to be very professional and every time I called for room service they gave me the impression that nothing was to much of a problem. I felt very comfortable and very welcome here. They go above and beyond their call of duty, and go out of their way to take care of you and make you feel at home. Lovely spa with excellent quality treatments at very reasonable prices. If I come back to this city again, I would not want to go anywhere else.
