    Excellent Hotel

    We had a great experience at the Kowloon Shangri-La. We were welcomed with a honeymoon gift of flowers and received sparkling wine and chocolates in our room later and we found the service excellent overall. The buffet breakfast had the biggest choice we have ever seen in a hotel, with various live cooking stations catering for all kinds of cuisines. Good fitness center with swimming pool. Our Deluxe room with harbor view had a beautiful view over the harbor, though note that there's a new tower being built right in front of the hotel blocking some of the view. The room and bathroom were super spacious and comfortable, however the cleanliness could be improved. The tea cups were dusty and dirty and the carpet didn't seem to be hovered after the previous guests as we found peanut and biscuit leftovers on the carpet. Not what we expected from this class of hotel. There are no power sockets by the bed meaning we had to charge our phones at the desk overnight, not a big deal but just a little inconvenient. Nonetheless, we had an excellent stay at this hotel and would stay again. Nothing more I could ask for just continue giving guest the great service that you provide.

    Perfect Hotel

    My husband and I on our first visit to Hong Kong booked a Horizon Club Room. We also had a transfer from the airport to the Hotel. So we stepped off the Jet and found the Shangri-La desk within the airport and from that moment onwards we were floating on a cloud. We were escorted to our limo our luggage was stowed in the car car and off we went on our journey we were offered water and sweets for our journey that was perfect. On arrival we were escorted by Margret a lovely girl straight to our beautiful Harbour view Room and all the paperwork was sorted in our room with absolutely no fuss at all. When the very helpful Margret left after completing all of the paper work we stood at our window and gazed out at our wonderful view it was so exiting to see after waiting for the opportunity to happen. When we managed to tear ourselves away it was 6pm so off we go to the club room and sat in a quiet corner where we were served complimentary drinks and as others have said the quality is astounding. We then went for a short walk before retiring to our sumptuous bed. The next morning we awoke and after a magnificent shower with every imaginable body wash, shampoo and conditioner we went back to the club room for breakfast. The selection was absolutely staggering and I can remember thinking well that's the diet over. This whole process was continued for 4 days. When it was time to check out we just did not want to leave. My thanks to the wonderful Margret, the staff in the club room and everyone who went out of their way to treat us like royalty for the duration of our stay. It war beyond perfect and could justifiably deserve 10 stars. When I come back to Hong Kong there is no question of where I will be staying. Keep it up please, Many thanks to the staff who made our stay so exquisite. We will be back.

    Unforgettable Stay

    We had organised a trip to meet up with friends from Mongolia and being from Sydney Hong Kong seemed like a great place for our 2nd annual holiday and because we had stayed at the Shangri-La and Sydney we decided to stay at Shangri-La Kowloon. We arrived fatigued from our journey but were immediately relaxed when we were greeted by Canary, whom became more like a friend as we would see her each day around the hotel. Michael the Manager of the Executive Lounge was a bright and shining face, whom thought no request was too much or too hard, a truly beautiful person who has a great passion for his work and always went above and beyond. I also have to make a special note of the concierge team who just blew me away with their knowledge and assistance. This great team are lea by Julian, and when you meet Julian the General Manager, you understand just why this team is the best of have ever seen and you can understand why the fly new staff to this hotel fro training. If there was such a thing as a 10 star hotel for service and location, then this is it. Thank you all for making our holiday so memorable and we will be back soon. Our new home in Hong Kong.
