오래되긴 했지만 가격대비 깨끗하고 좋았습니다. 엑스트라베드가 접이식이라서 성인이 쓰기엔 불편합니다.
hotel is in a good loction easy walk to Ayala shopping centre. rooms are spacious and clean . staff are good. they go out of there way to make stay a good one
Stayed in a deluxe, 27sq m room on 22nd floor. 7 days in Feb/Mar, total. Pros: Big clean, room. Quiet, despite being a busy area. Big dining room. Good breakfast selections - western & Asian. Dishes refilled promptly.Problems dealt with ASAP. Attentive, helpful, friendly staff. About 5 min walk from a HUGE shopping mall, Ayala. Cons: Gym needs upgrading. More equipment provided, old equipment needs fixing or replaced. Only provide 2 sugar, coffee, tea, creamer sachets and PAPER CUPS!!! Would definitely stay again and would recommend to friends. Before making my booking I had some reservations about the place as there were sooo many negative reviews. Obviously, from people who want to pay a pittance and expect 5 star service. Or just nit pickers
