3 night stay, ground floor apartment. Good location close to cricket ground W.A.C.A ,restaurants and Langley park. Relatively quiet from outside noise for a city hotel. Beware of car park very small spaces, only 2m overhead clearance and a $25.00 p/day fee. Room swipe cards problematic twice had to get card reactivated. Staff pleasant and helpful, except late at night at reception and the bar. Room was cleaned once (due to my unusual hours) and not very well. Room was spacious as was the balcony only two outside chairs, balcony had a low wall partition and very dirty not advisable for the under 10's, sliding door hard to open /close , carpet and armchair several stains. Only bathroom is accessed via the main bedroom (not ideal) water difficult to moderate temperature otherwise adequate. Air conditioning bit noisy but effective. Kitchenette again was spacious, but alas very small 2 hotplate stove top and small oven. Good size fridge and laundry with dryer. Pool and gym area very small, located on top of building not great on a 36 degree day as it has no air conditioning and a sheet metal roof. For a bachelor/ hens night or similar group I would recommend the apartment style, not for the family. Needs a bit more staff a very expensive updating due to ageing and a ridiculously designed car park.
