Bed sheets grey. Multiple stain types on sheets. We got flea bites all over our legs and arms. Hotel runs loud parties (by day and by night) near pool area so cannot relax by pool nor sleep at night. Hotel suffers from lack of maintenance and under investment. Photos not representative - probably taken when hotel was new. Now it is tatty, grubby, stained curtains, dirty mugs, under-maintained. With demoralised and unhappy staff. Insanitary conditions. Poor service. Perhaps it was once '3 star'. Now I wouldn't board my dog.
