The location is very good, and the staff was rather friendly and helpful, but the rooms look a little tired, especially bathroom. Breakfast was quite poor as well.
The hotel is in great location, right next to the bus stop and near restorants and minimarkets. it was close to sliema and st julians. the room is cleaned up daily but the bedsheets aren't changed daily as they claimed. not all members of the staff are helpful especially the recepsionists(not all of them). our room had a little kitchenette and a big balcony. the wifi is free only in the lobby and the safebox is on charge. other than that we were overall satisfied with our stay at the Plaza hotel.
