great hotel very spacious rooms, bit noisy from club outside and people walking in the hall only had one room key which was annoying as we went out at different times
This review to many will seem very negative because of a point I will make about the room but overall the hotel is good, great location if you want to be near nightlife or easy walk to Bukit Bintang and the service was excellent. however, the cleanliness wasn't excellent. I had cockroaches everyday in my room and even woke up to 2 in my bed......I know the hotel had pest control coming a few days after I left and cockroaches are an issue for many locations but it's just not acceptable to have them in a hotel that classes itself as 4 star. having them on me at 4am in bed was a breaking point
its good overall , the -ve side is on the side facing the cafe and pubs it os really really noissy till morning , they should use soundproof windows. and when i was to another room it had plumbing issues
